The static calculation deals with the steel structure of the tub, at the bottom of which a robot operating the production line is fixed. The robot acts on the tub structure by its weight as well as by the torsion moment from the load on the arm. For the purpose of accurate assembly, our task was to design the stiffness of the structure so that there is no deformation greater than 1 mm at the end of the robot arm.
